Our approach

Built fresh sending infrastructure across 8 secondary domains, sourced 4,500 ICP-matched prospects monthly (Heads of Engineering at 100–500 person tech companies), wrote 5 sequence variants tested in parallel, and triaged replies to the SDR team's calendar. Monthly strategy reviews refined ICP and messaging.
Result
Within 30 days, the cold email campaigns booked 41 qualified demos for the SDR team — more than they'd booked themselves over the previous quarter. Pipeline grew from $120K to $680K in three months. Founders cancelled the planned SDR hire.
